In grade 11, I was tasked with creating an image out of equations. The moment the assignment was assigned in my math class I immediately had the picture I wanted to do in my mind. A plane. For a long part of my life I had loved watching planes take off and land at the airport. The plane I finally decided on was the McDonald Douglas F-18 Hornet. I had seen the Hornet flying many years at the Canadian International Air Show and it quickly became one of my favorite planes of all time. Drawing the plane out with equations took a very long time and I spent most of my free time trying to make the picture as accurate as possible. The picture had a total of 176 equations composing of linear, parabolic, sinusoidal, and exponential equations. If you'd like to take a look at all the equations and the picture I traced, you can visit the entire graph on desmos graphing calculator at : https://www.desmos.com/calculator/3kbjlqk6bl
